What is Messy Church?

Messy Church @ St Giles is church with a difference. It is an afternoon of creative fun for all the family. The emphasis of Messy Church is on the emphasis of the Christian faith in a fun and creative way. Each month there are different activites based around a particular theme, where people of all ages are encouraged to come and be involved. Whether you have been to church before or not doesn't matter- everyone is welcome!

January: The Story of Joseph- Trusting God in the Hard Times  

February: The Story of Abraham and Sarah- Trusting in God's Promises

March: The Story of Moses- God's Rescue Plan

April: The Story of Joshua- Nothing is Impossible with God

May: Bible Mountains 

June: Bible Roads

July: Bible Seasides

August: Messy Olympics and BBQ

September: The Story of Ruth: Women who lived for God

October: The Story of Hannah: Women who lived for God 

November: The Story of Esther: Women who lived for God

December: Messy Christmas

When?     1st Sunday of the Month, 3.30-5.30pm

Where?    St Giles Church Centre, St Giles Terrace

Cost?       £1 donation per person towards food
